Want to Adopt?

Here's what you need to know!

If you're interested in getting a kitten from us, the first step is to check our most recent blog posts for currently available kittens. If there are none, make sure you're on the waiting list. This means you'll be notified when we have an upcoming litter and have first dibs on a kitten before they are all sold. We require a $100 deposit to officially hold your spot in line and you can choose to pass on a kitten and wait for the next litter any time. Start by filling out the application form below! You'll receive a response answering any questions you may have and giving you the email to e-transfer the deposit to within a few business days.

Also, don't forget to check your spam folder every once in awhile so you don't miss our next litter announcement!

The Process

Great! Once we receive your deposit, you're on the waitlist! Cou can sit back and

let us do the rest! We'll contact you as soon as a kitten becomes available. Once you've found the kitten of your dreams then the real fun starts. We will send you our Canadian Munchkins Adoption Form to read carefully and agree to, and begin arrangements for travel or local pickup. Once everything is in place it's only a matter of time before you can take them home!

Adoption Information

We currently deliver all over Canada but are local to Edmonton, Alberta.

Munchkins with the dwarfism gene have 3 different leg length categories. Rughugger being the smallest with almost NO legs, Super-short being the next smallest with very short legs, and Standard is best described as an unusually short cat. Non-Standard munchkins are the same leg length as a regular cat as they do not inherit the dwarfism gene.

Our kittens come with their first vaccinations, dewormer, a birth certificate with your name of choice, our adoption contract, a gift package and a bag of food (to local deliveries as we cannot fly food with the airline).

We encourage you to ask any questions you might have! and don't hesitate to reach out if you think you might be interested in adopting! We can help you decide with munchkin breed is right for you and the responsibilities of adding a new kitten to the family.
